We had an out-of-state sale on an investment property, which brings about its own set of unique challenges - many of which we didn't even know about because Nicole handled everything behind the scenes, allowing us to enjoy a stress-free process. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, and her knowledge of real estate and the area helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We especially appreciated how communicative and accessible she was for any questions we had (and we had quite a few!). She always had our best interest in mind and we felt very well-cared for throughout the entire process. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor, and we highly recommend Nicole!

Every aspect of her professionalism, knowledge of the area, communication, and beautiful personality made me extremely comfortable during the entire process. This was a bittersweet sale after losing my husband, and she was there every step of the way to make sure we got this sale accomplished while taking my emotions in tow. She kept us informed of what was going on while our home was on the market, and was always quick to respond to the questions we had along the way. As we did most of this remotely (from our home in the Chicago area), she went the extra mile and provided tours via FaceTime as well as guidance on areas to consider, pricing / bidding, etc. We would strongly recommend Nicole to anyone seeking to purchase a home in SWF.
