Trying to sell a property 1,500 miles away from one's home state can be challenging, but "V" kept in continual communication with us and also used her vast network of professionals to help us get some needed work done at the property. At one point when we were at somewhat of an impasse with the prospective buyer regarding some building inspection issues, "V" facilitated a creative solution which resulted in a win-win for both parties, which saved the deal.
