Seller reviewLarry had buyers in mind before the sign even went in the yard. He had the knowledge of the area and proper pricing of the house to get it sold. He has experience with selling properties that need a little tlc as ours did and he was there with suggestions to help. Larry was there every step of the way, from ideas of improvements we could do pre-listing to the listing and sale of the house within weeks. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Larry is knowledgeable, personable, and a great guy to to business with! Would recommend to everybody!
