Seller reviewWorking with Shelby to sell our property was a totally collaborative partnership. I could never ask for a better experience. We have been working together these many years renting the units, and now was time to sell. We were fortunate to find a good buyer quickly; but had some challenges with the building and the Town, which is where Shelby took the initiative to maintain a dialog with me and Town, to find the appropriate Town resources, and to keep the ball moving forward across 3 different town offices and lawyers and outside vendors. Wow. She was indispensable checking the schedule and finding the questions that needed to be answered. In terms of availability, she was always within a quick phone call or email with almost immediate response time to questions and updates. Selling a building is an emotional roller coaster. Having someone to synch with, who brings experience, objectivity and a steady hand is critical and kept my head on straight.
