You know,,,, it was a very pleasant house purchase ,,, For not having any idea of what we were doing to buy a house,,, and buying one,,, it was very pleasant We are from out of the state of Montana and live in Utah. We talked with numerous people during our searches of properties in Montana. Barbara Schneider was the easiest for us to talk to about what we needed to talk about. We were very comfortable asking questions about the area Butte and other items as well. We really felt like she was interested in what we wanted to talk about and discuss. Butte is a 7 hour drive for us to get there, besides the hotels, gas, driving etc. So having someone listen and answer our questions about the area was very helpful in our house finding journey. Seller reviewWhen I first tried to list this property,several realtors did not even call me back or emails this wasn't a million dollar listing No one wanted to touch it. Got a hold of Barbara She returned my phone call and with that my problems were solved. She worked very hard got the property listed from that day I had a the weight off my shoulders. It was a battle trying to find a broker that will list a small $$ property. Every one else wanted a million dollar listing. NO MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL OF A SALE. BARBARA SCHNEIDER IS THE PERSON YOU WANT ON YOUR LISTING. Forget the rest they just they just thinking of how much their commission will be Thank you BARBARA. Appreciate what you've done for me.
