As an experienced Real Estate Broker, living and working in Santa Cruz County for over 35 years, Cyndi Lester welcomes the opportunity to assist you in the purchase of a home or the selling of a house. Cyndi's successful career in Real Estate began with Coldwell Banker, CCR in 1977. It is no surprise that she achieved the Top Three Producers Circle for many years and in additional have won numerous sales production awards.

She was meticulous with our offer(s) outgoing and incoming and expressed her role as fiduciary responsibility to her client. We were not pressured into selecting the highest bidder (we did not) and we were impressed with Cindy's credibility and professionalism. She is VERY skilled at what she does!

We live in the greater Seattle area and she managed repairs, painting, cleaning, and hauling--everything we needed--from afar, so we didn't have to travel to get our house on the market. Her service was above and beyond our expectations, so when the time came again to sell another CA property in late 2017, a condo in Marina, we didn't think twice about who to contact: Cyndi Lester! In both cases she had priced the properties perfectly and we got offers right away. In fact, we had a full price offer on our condo a few hours after it listed!
