Margaret's residence in and knowledge of Greenfield was crucial. This house was a mess. Margaret took on a very difficult job of getting it ready for sale. She spent many hours finding appropriate contractors and helpers to both clean up, redo and fix broken items to make the house presentable. I cannot imagen any other broker that would have had the time and knowledge to do all the work needed to prepare the house.
