My best experience, in all aspects of life, has been to seek out a referral from someone I trust. Elizabeth Matera proved to be exactly what I was looking for. This was my first time selling a property, so I really had no knowledge of the process. I commend her for her patience, as I asked a lot of questions! She was always respectful of my wishes, and never tried to force me into anything I didn't feel comfortable with. I hadn't known Elizabeth before taking action to sell...but I feel I now have a new friend to add to my circle of friends.
