I have lived my whole life in the South Coast area. I love living near the ocean and enjoying all of the diversity this area has to offer. I have extensive knowledge of the area and a strong desire to help you make my home, your home also. I have been in sales for over 30 years and helping people achieve their life's dreams/goals is a passion of mine. Real Estate is the perfect fit for me and I have been helping people find their own dream now for 8 years.
My business is built on dedication, communication and determination and because of this, I have established a reputation as a well respected and trusted agent. With my experience, training, Continuing Education and Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation (ABR), I feel I have my finger on the pulse of this market.
I love to volunteer in my spare time. I recently served on the Board of Child and Family Services for over 15 years, assist in a fundraiser every year for underprivileged families at Christmas time and help out at a local dog shelter.
I also love to go boating with my Husband and Great Dane, Golf and make Nantucket Baskets, when time allows!

Seller reviewI have know Julie for many years as she uses our Plumbing company for her own needs at her properties and anywhere else. With that being said. The amount of effort she puts into her clients well being during these deals is second to none. The constant availability to us anytime of day, nights, weekends was fantastic. Julie is a valued asset, in my opinion, to any company. Chastity (my wife) and I can't thank her enough for her great services she provided for us and she would be our first call on any other investment or purchase we would make.

I worked with her to both buy and sell my house. She was great at negotiating with the seller, and she set up such a succession open house that so many families came and I had 4 offers the same day, all over asking! A true professional to her clients and other real estate agents who she worked with.
