Hi, my name is Paul Alfaiate and I am a full-time Realtor at Century 21 Signature Properties in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. New England's #1 Century 21 office. Born in New Bedford, I've lived in Dartmouth for the past 9 years with my wife and two sons. As a son of Portuguese immigrants, I am fluent in the Portuguese language.

I am passionate about Real Estate and I feel so fortunate to be able to do this full-time. From purchasing a short sale to selling a home, to even building a home, I've experienced it all first hand and I feel like it is important to have a Realtor that has gone through the same experiences.
