Buyer reviewI wouldn't change a single thing about my experience with Laura at C21. We were searching for our first home over the winter while the market was limited, and we weren't exactly sure what we even wanted. Laura did an amazing job showing us a variety of houses in different neighborhoods within our price point, and helped us really nail down our wants and needs. When the perfect house came along, she knew it was the one for us before she even showed it to us. Laura is an incredible negotiator, and secured the concessions we needed from the sellers while being fair to their needs too. She was available night and day for our questions and concerns, and has been a wealth of knowledge for us even after the sale. She also just loves her clients and what she does. Her personal goal is to get people in the homes that bring them happiness, and she lives that goal every day.

I was purchasing from out of state so I needed someone in the local market that understood the area and could help me find my vacation home / short term rental. Laura did an awesome job curating properties and helping me maximize my limited time. Once we found a property she went above and beyond with the process of facilitating the transaction. She helped me find an interior decorator that was amazing and did an excellent job. She even helped me with my new lawn since it was sod and I didn't have a way to water it while I was in another state. What a testament to going above and beyond! thanks for all your help Laura!!!
