Tyler Wilkening was great to work with on the purchase/construction of our new home. He is extremely knowledgeable of the entire process from start to finish, and it was comforting having someone with his experience to help answer questions and put our minds at ease if we ever had questions or concerns. He was always available or very quick to get back us if we ever called or texted. He made sure we knew we could go to him whenever we needed with questions or concerns through the process. It was great being able to go to him the second we had a question about the build, or wanted something changed, and knew that it would get relayed to the builder quickly. During our walk though before closing where we marked things that needed touched up, Tyler was very attentive to detail and was noting/marking just as much, if not more, as my wife and I for areas that needed fixed or touched up. It was great to know that Tyler had our backs and wanted to make sure our home was beautiful and move-in ready and that nothing needing fixed was missed. Tyler is also one of the most approachable and relatable real estate agents I have ever worked with, and you never feel like you are asking a dumb question with him, and he was always happy to explain anything that we may have asked him. He always had time for us and made sure we understood everything throughout the process. I would recommend Tyler Wilkening to anybody buying or selling a home.

Tyler Wilkening was fantastic to work with. He was always readily available to answer any questions we had about the entire process. He was extremely patient with us asking questions about the process, or when we wanted his opinion on something, and no question was a dumb question and he was happy to help explain any questions or walk us through any concerns we may have had. He had a great idea of what exactly our house was worth, as well as the target market we were trying to sell to. He also worked tirelessly behind the scenes. We had an offer that looked like it was going to fall through, and Tyler got to work calling other agents with buyers He knew were interested and had us another offer lined up the second the first offer fell through. He is an agent that will go to bat and work tirelessly for his clients, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Tyler was a huge help in selling my townhome! His knowledge of the area was very helpful in determining a selling price and it sold for more than any previous townhomes in the association. He worked very late to deal with an offer and I was under contract within 24 hours. I am very pleased with the result!

Tyler helped us build our house from 3 states away. This is no small feat as there is a lot of choices and things that need done when building. We appreciate his hard work, openness to change in order to fit our needs being out of state, and the speed at which any issue was attended to. His persistence especially came in helpful at closing, and he helped so much in working around our family emergency that came up unexpectedly just before closing. He helped relieve a lot of pressure for my wife and I and allowed us to focus on what we needed to in an incredibly stressful time.
