Seller reviewI have worked with Whitney Funkhouser on three separate occasions (twice as my buying agent and once as my listing agent) and every time it has resulted in a positive experience with the desired final outcome. Whitney is very professional with a friendly, laid-back style as a real estate agent but she also provides honest feedback to your questions while negotiating terms of a house purchase or determining the marketable listing price on your house. For those reasons, I would recommend Whitney Funkhouser to anyone that is desiring to have a relatively stress-free real estate experience!

Buyer reviewThere are a lot of great Realtors to choose from in the Ames area. And if you've lived in Ames for any amount of time you know many of them personally. When it's time to do a real estate deal if can be tough to decide who to go with. I'm glad I went with Whitney and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. She did a great job. The process was boring and uneventful, which is exactly how I wanted it. Buying real estate can be stressful, but Whitney did a wonderful job making sure I felt as little of that stress as possible. It all went smoothly and I appreciated that. She was very flexible with my schedule and made sure the showing and final walk-through happened at a time that was convenient for me.
