Kate Young started as a Realtor in 1992 at Hollister Realtors. Although she remained inactive for many years, she kept up with her continuing education each year - as her passion for real estate never ceased. Kate then worked at an auto parts distribution center and local chamber of commerce before returning to the industry in 2017. Currently enrolled in real estate courses with the State of California, Kate plans on taking the state exam this year. Kate is a member of the Bay County Realtor Association, Michigan Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. She has a Bachelor Degree in Finance from Saginaw Valley State University. Kate also serves on the Home Pride Committee, is a current, and former board member of the Bay City Noon Optimist Club, is a greeter for morning mass of Corpus Christi Church, and was a former board member of the Bay County Hockey Association. Kate has lived in Bay City her entire life and knows the Great Lakes Bay Region very well. She resides with her husband and has an adult son in Holland, Michigan. She also enjoys camping, reading, and researching her family tree.
