Krista was available to us at all times of day/night and never made us feel bad for any concerns or questions we had. She had answers to most questions/concerns we had, and if she didn't, she made inquiries immediately, and was also very patient with us. Krista was also always professional and respectful to everyone involved, and yet also made you feel like a part of the family. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and was also straight forward with us. The guidance Krista provided us was amazing and appreciated!
