Seller reviewOur mom passed unexpectedly this past summer. Fortunately, after interviewing a few prospective real estate agents, we stumbled upon a handwritten note our mom had left behind guiding us to contact a Mr. Mark McKnight for this role. Following her intentions, we contacted Mark and were left with an immediate feeling that our mom had done her research and that Mark would be able to guide and assist us in the arduous process of getting her home ready for sale; and of course, sold in a timely manner. Mark's attention to detail, and his expert guidance, meant that my brother and I, despite our home states being hundreds of miles away, were able to rest easy knowing that the house was in good hands. Mark coordinated perfectly 2 co-owners living in different states and closing remotely. Mark's coordination of painters, cleaners, and others needed for house preparation was invaluable. Mark deftly guided two greaving siblings through the sale of their family home. The office staff were very helpful to us gathering our documentation.
