Vanessa understood what we desired in a home and strived to provide properties that satisfied our needs. She has a great eye for detail and will find all the pros and cons to a property. She made sure we did not waste our time looking at properties that would not satisfy our needs. She was patient during times when home listings were scarce. When she discovered a property she knew we would like, she made sure we got to view it. I would use her to sell or buy property next time.

It was a long road, with many obstacles in the way of me purchasing a home. I have probably been working with Vanessa for a year and a half now. We thought we had finally found the perfect home prior to finding the home that I actually purchased, we were moving along in the process when suddenly we came to a obstacle in the road that was actually on my end. At that point I was done and had given up hope of ever becoming a homeowner, however Vanessa kept working and moving right along. That's when she calls me and tells me about the townhouse on Pencombe, (the home that I purchased). Me not knowing, but she and the loan processor (Neil Brisset) had been talking and had apparently came up with a new plan. But to top it all off the particular townhouse was in the same area in which I had looked at another townhouse when Vanessa and I 1st started working together. That was the one I really wanted but for whatever reason didn't end up getting. You must remember that that was at least over a year ago when we looked at that one, but Vanessa never forgot that that was the one that I really wanted. Well I didn't get that one, but Vanessa worked very to to make sure that I got the one two maybe three doors over. That's what I call true dedication and care for her clients, and for that I will forever be grateful
