This is my second time working with Jolyn and it was a wonderful experience as expected. Jolyn has a great knowledge of the neighborhood, and is very thorough in her communication. I would highly recommend Jolyn to a friend and would certainly work with her again.

I have known Jolyn Bartoli for many years, when I decided to sell my house, I had no doubt I would have Jolyn as my agent. Jolyn was patient when I was still in the process of clearing out the house but still came out and went through the house with me to come up with a sell price. She did awesome on the pictures and describing the property to make it stand out to individuals looking to buy. I had a great offer within 4 days of Jolyn putting the house on the market. I accepted the offer, of course. Although the closing had been quite a long process, with many factors that played into this, it was no fault of Jolyn and her ability to get the closing completed. But through all of this, Jolyn was always on top of everything and kept me in the loop of what was going on. Even though Jolyn could not be at the closing, Century 21 Smith Hourigan Group agents work so well together, I had no doubt this would go smoothly, which it did! I would highly recommend anyone to Jolyn to sell or buy a home.
