Seller reviewRebecca Mallard is incredible! She went above and beyond in every aspect of the selling process. She provided invaluable education when we didn't understand a certain aspect of the process and was so responsive to every text, email, and phone call. We have worked with other realtors in the past, but have never been as grateful for or impressed by someone more than Rebecca. She has set the bar high for anyone we would use the in the future as we have since moved out of NC. She would look at past listings to see what had changed, pull permits for work done and any DOT plans affecting the area. She works in her clients best interest and guides them through the process. They don't come any better than Rebecca.
