Mr Solomon came once again through with a smooth closing of the property I bought. He took care of the paper work with my consent and all I did was to appear at the closing to finally to close.

Sheldon took a personal interest and walked us through the process all the way. We could call him anytime of day and he would help us with what ever questions we had.

Shell is both extremely knowledgeable, and a good negotiator. I felt he got the right buyer, and got us to work together to have a good experience on both ends of the deal--no small task!

My previous experiences with Shell Soloman were so positive that I knew I would be treated beyond professionally - I would be treated as a beloved family member. I have dealt with other real estate professionals in my home town in SC, but none can match, or come close to, Shell. Century 21 is fortunate to have someone of Shell's caliber join them. He is TOPS ! Shell worked extremely hard to have the closing happen on the scheduled day. He informed me when he learned that the closing might be delayed and he kept me informed of events throughout that day. The holdup was things out of his control but he kept involved and worked to have it happen that Friday at 5:30PM. He did this so he could be at closing with me. Had the closing been delayed until Monday, Shell would have been out of the country and I would have had an agent I did not know at closing. He did so many things that were "beyond the call of duty" that he is the only realtor in the Savannah area I would consider. Shell always answered my phone calls using my name as though I was the only client he had and I knew I could reach him any time day or night. I found a phone message one night and so I emailed him explaining why I was so late responding and to call me the next morning. I am a late night person but I was the one to tell him that he needed to go to bed and we would continue the next day. I give SHELL SOLOMAN my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION. He is so wonderful!
