Seller reviewBeth Frizzell did an excellent job in selling our property. This was an estate settlement with 6 siblings owning the property. The property was eventually sold in 6 separate tracts. This required surveys, easements (power and road) and coordination with the sale of an adjacent property. Beth leveraged the sale of the adjacent property with our property - to everyone's advantage. I live remote from the location of the property which added a bit more complexity. Thanks to Beth, I was able to complete all tasks remotely. Beth guided us through all of this professionally and efficiently. She helped us set up and implement a marketing plan and kept us appraised every step of the way. if I, or anyone, in the family had a question or concern she responded quickly. Without a doubt I would use Beth again if I have future Real Estate needs in the area. i recommend her highly.
