Her work on our behalf with contractors saved us several 100-mile round trips from our home. Her knowledge of local contractors was also invaluable and her suggestions on which items needed attention, and which did not were much appreciated. We would recommend her services to anyone who might have property to sell in Mountain Home. We were delighted and surprised at what we considered to be a very generous sales price for our rental.
