Seller reviewIf you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable of the market, go with Michelle. If you want someone to fight the small battles to ensure a fair but good deal, go with Michelle. She was easy to work with. She negotiated terms and made it very clear what we were willing to negotiate. Michelle is a problem solver and sees the bigger picture, especially when emotions were involved. I would recommend Michelle because she has a passion for the job and her clients! You will feel like family by the end of the process.

Seller reviewI live in CA and my mother lived in FL. She was killed in a car accident and we didn't even know where to begin with the business of selling her home. Michelle has been amazing through the entire process. We could only spend a few days there as we had to deal with so many other things. Michelle went above and beyond for us. She kept us informed of what was happening almost daily. She prepared the home for the open house, she even cleaned it for us. Once it was ready to be put on the market she had three offers the first showing. I'm positive this was due to how well she handled everything. Michelle is phenomenal. We have an agent we work with on a regular basis in CA but he told us we would do better to have a FL agent help us. We surely found the perfect person. It was a difficult time and Michelle was kind, accommodating, professional and so helpful.
