My background includes over 20 years in real estate sales plus several years as a real estate appraiser and construction coordinator. I take great pride in servicing veterans and relocating families. My acheivements include being awarded the nationally recognized Centurion Award from Century 21 Real Estate for 4 years plus the six diamond Platinum Award ($10+ Million Sales) in 2017 from the Northern RI Board of Realtors. I have been involved in the Cartus referral/relocation network for over 10 years.

My #1 2018 transaction involved the sale of a new home to a recently widowed/(kia) veteran family using a foundation grant for the entire purchase price. It required finding the right home/contractor, approval of the family, assistance in obtaining the foundation approval, and seeing the project to completion. I am not afraid to go the extra measure for my clients and feel great satisfaction when sales such as noted come to fruition.
