We worked with Rick Oriani when we purchased our home in Cumberland. Simply put, he is an outstanding realtor. He is timely, courteous, and is clear with his opinions and suggestions. We didn't think twice about contacting him again when we decided to sell our home late last year. Rick is superb. Not sure how else to say it. We put the house on the market and within one week we had an offer that was well within the range we wanted. After a bit of negotiation, we had a final agreement.
