With over 20 years of experience selling real estate, I have learned that if we concentrate on the client's needs, they will have a rewarding real estate experience. Communication is the key to fine tuning the transaction so the details that are important to our clients do not get overlooked. I am a licensed associate broker and my husband is also a licensed Realtor. We work hard to be available during the times that meet your needs because we recognize that when you are in the middle of a move timing is so very critical. We work hard to keep in touch with the entire Realtor community to be are aware of opportunities for our clients. I am a past member of the Officers and Directors of the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors . I am chair of the Professional Standards Committee which is responsible for enforcing the Realtor Code of Ethics. I am a member of the North Alabama MLS Committee, which oversees what content is available to the agents and the public. I have won Century 21's highest awards for production and achieved the designations for Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute, and Accredited Buyers Representative. All of these offer great training for keeping me current in our quickly changing Real Estate market. Each buyer or seller we work with is unique, so flexibility is very important.
