Buyer reviewMr.Hal was the best! Being first time home buyers, we won't sure what to expect and we were nervous about it. He walked us through everything and answered all our questions. We even called him at night. He went out of his way to make sure we understood the process and that everything went smoothly. If I ever wanted to buy another house, he would be the first one I would call. Mrs. Fryar was the best also! I loved the team that they have together! They are some of the most pleasant people I have met. The fact that they checked on us after we bought the house meant a lot too.

She spent a whole day showing us houses and you could tell by her outgoing personality that she loves this town and her job. If not for Mary Fryar we most likely would not be new residents of Rocky Mount, NC. Mary made the experience so great, we could not pick any other place than Rocky Mount, NC. The knowledge of the town was excellent and very well presented, she had our best interests in mind. Mary was all of these attributes and went above and beyond on all levels, we now consider Hal and Mary Fryar not only brokers but friends.
