Seller reviewI have known Noel for many years. She helped me and my husband find a house to buy and had a wonderful experience. So, when we had to make the difficult decision to sell my father's house, she is the only realtor I thought of. She was very caring of our situation and very accomodating to our family, even meeting with my dad at an assisted living facility where he now lives. She went above and beyond in her communication with us and quickly answered any questions we had. I would recommend Noel first to anyone looking to sell or buy a house. Noel was quick to get the house up for sale, sign in yard and listing shared on facebook. We had an offer the day after it went up for sale and the time in between the offer and the closing went very smoothly. Can't say enough about her great communication and her caring about our family situation

From referring a crew to clean out the home, deep clean the home, meet with the locksmith, plumber, to constantly checking in on the home. Noel was reliable and professional. She checked in frequently to give updates and was extremely easy to work with. The home sold in less than a month! I would definitely recommend Noel!
