Even with us living so far away we still felt that she was constantly keeping us informed. Linda was extremely knowledgeable of the area. She understood the type of property we were hoping to find. We arrived from Vermont to see a few listings that she had researched and had already made appointments for us to see. I was very impressed, she was totally prepared! On the second day of our arrival, we found the perfect property. A credit to Linda's preparedness, her knowing we only had a 4 day stay. All through the negotiations and our short thirty day escrow, Linda kept us well informed. After closing she continued to assist us with any contacts we needed. It was the perfect property and the transaction could not have gone any smoother. Thank you Linda for all you did!

Buyer reviewWe met Linda during our initial search and she showed us several homes within our price range, During this search, Linda LISTENED to what we wanted and never once tried to steer us to a home that didnt fit our criteria. She would send links to them with a disclaimer of " I know this is outside the area you wanted to be in" but wanted to share just in case. Linda handled this transaction from start to finish and went above and beyond. I have use the same agent in the Keys for 20+ years and I must state, that I would put Linda right in line with our local agent in the keys!! Again 10 stars!
