Personal Profile
My background is construction management and estimating large commercial and industrial projects. I have traveled the country training others in project management as well as being a regional controller for eight offices in the Southern United States. My contract negotiating skills, organization skills, attention to detail, and the importance of project deadlines started with this job. I was born and raised in Iowa and have lived in Arizona, Oklahoma, and here in Florida since 1988. My husband and I have two daughters and one fantastic grandson. My passion has always been real estate. I love looking at homes, working with sellers and buyers, and through my construction background; I have always worked with contracts. I am proud to call Ormond Beach, FL my home and I love my job! Essentially, my job is to drive up and down the beach all day, locating that perfect home for truly fantastic people. What could be better than that? I really look forward to working with you!

Buyer reviewWe were extremely pleased with professionalism of Michelle, Her excellent attention to detail at an open house we met her originally impressed us and was a deciding factor in using her as our agent. She produced the most detailed report comparison of homes sold in the area to list our house for sale at the correct price level, we have never had this provided in our past experiences. She provided great ideas on staging the home prior to pictures and listing. I highly recommend Michelle for anyone looking for a great realtor for selling, searching and purchasing a home. Our house had an original contract in 1 day and closed within 30 days of listing with a 2nd contract. We used Michelle for selling our current home as well as searching and purchasing a home.
