Seller reviewI had to get out of town and put a house on the market, I met with Ray and Terri, listed the house and gave them the keys. They helped me with a few tasks and I went overseas. They had the contacts to do the work that needed to be done. The rest was handled online, including the closing. The house sold quickly and for a favorable price. I was kept informed during the whole process and used WhatsApp for phone and messages. I felt comfortable being overseas with a vacant house on the market because I knew they were looking after it.

Buyer reviewBeing from out of State and looking for a new home in Florida, Ray Hewitt made our experience very pleasant. Over a several day period he took the time and the patience to show us several properties before we decided on a property that we were interested in. With us being out of state he and his wife, Terri took care of the entire transaction in Florida and my wife and I both felt comfortable with the actions were taken, Ray was with us from beginning to end and is still assisting us today. Ray and Terri were totally professional and took all the time necessary to assist us with the purchase of our new home.
