Buyer reviewMs. Deborah Morgan came highly recommended to us and we understand why. We wanted someone who would listen to us, get to know us personally in order to find the right property and someone who is patient. Deborah did not disappoint. She did all of this. We would definitely use her again although we won't need to because she found us the perfect retirement home. We would highly recommend her to anyone we know who is looking for a new home.

Buyer reviewI lived in Georgia and had to deal with buying my retirement home in NC. I wanted a specific neighborhood near my fathers property. Deborah went above and beyond when we thought we had found a property. Because I lived so far away Deborah did a Skype tour and gave me her observations based on what she knew about me and the properties condition. After we hung up she got a phone call saying there were already 3 offers on the table. Long story short I did get another property I wanted because it came back on the market. During spring break we looked at many properties and we worked on my paperwork. I am living my dream after now after 37 years of teaching. Deborah is my hero.
