Seller reviewI had previously worked with Libby Smith. She is honest and I knew she would properly estimate the sale price and work diligently to assist in selling my house. Libby quickly advertised my property and set up showings. Libby was always available to answer all of my questions. During our initial meeting, she was prepared with comps and a proposed listing price. She explained the process. She also gave me time to think about selling and did not pressure me into making a quick decision. Once I decided to sell, she went over everything again and explained all of the paperwork. From the listing to the closing, she continued to be available to me and explain everything.

She was so fast to making things happen and was always striving to get us to the next step. She was great helping us search for what we needed in a home along with setting up everything for inspections getting things signed and communicating with the loan officer and the seller. I couldn't be more happy with my experience with libby. She truly has a passion for what she does and has a way of making you feel 100 percent comfortable. I definitely would recommend her to anyone.
