Edwin did an amazing job walking us through our biggest purchase thus far. Our home buying journey started with several obstacles. First, we had 3 months to find the perfect house and close. Then, the area we wanted to live it was a hot market. Homes there received multiple offers days after they hit the market. Lastly we lived 3 hours away in Baltimore and could not drop everything mid week to go see a house. But, Edwin got us into our new home in 3 months! He would go to every property that hit the market in our price range and video call us to give us a tour. Finally we found one that we fell in love with. It was only on the market for 2 days and received several offers. I'll never forget receiving his call Saturday morning to inform us that we had won. He handled all the inspections for us as well.
