Kendall is excited to be a part of Century 21 Sweyer & Associates, a locally owned and operated company with offices in Wilmington, Jacksonville and Hampstead, NC.
Kendall was born and raised in Maryland and later graduated from college in Newport, Rhode Island. While in college, Kendall fell in love with the New England architecture and enjoyed traveling the north east coastline visiting mansions of the Gilded Age, historical colonial settlements and many seaport communities. Kendall earned a bachelor¿s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Information Systems.
Kendall began her first career immediately upon graduation from college, accepting a position as financial analyst with a hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. She took on progressively increasing responsibilities for the financial activities of many departments rising to the position of senior financial analyst.
Collaborating with other people was the highlight of Kendall¿s former career and she decided to combine that passion with her interest in architectural design and real property by obtaining her real estate license and becoming a broker. She and her husband have renovated several homes together and she enjoys envisioning the hidden potential in homes and properties.
Kendall has lived in 3 states and has personal experience in relocating her own family across several states, far away from familiar support. She fully understands the process of packing, moving and settling in a new environment and she wants to use that knowledge to help her clients make their selling and buying experiences seamless and enjoyable. Kendall¿s financial background and data organization skills pair perfectly with her passion to help her clients find their next home. Kendall and her family have lived in North Carolina for the past five years and she spent the first year exploring many neighborhoods in Pender County before settling on her own family¿s dream home.
Kendall has been an active community leader, volunteering within her children¿s schools, coaching several recreational sports teams, teaching bible study classes and acting as the music leader for her church¿s vacation bible camp every summer. Kendall has 4 children who are actively involved in the Pender County School system from elementary to High School. Kendall stays up to date on community activities, and community developments. Whether you are buying, selling or both, Kendall would be happy to help you find your dream home.
