We were pressed for time in trying to find a home since we were currently living in an apartment and already gave our notice that we would not be renewing. We had to make sure we had a realtor who was on the ball when it came to finding us a home in our price range and in the area we wanted to stay in. Julie constantly stayed on top of things, constantly sending us new listings for us to consider, quickly setting up appointments for us to see these homes as well. She would even go out of her way by coming by our house to drop off/pick up any paperwork, documents, contracts that we needed to sign and quickly return to her. Julie Tabino was amazing! She was a wonderful realtor and helped us tremendously! She will treat you like a family member, and not just another number. She is extremely sweet and friendly and professional at the same time. We cannot say enough great things about her and how wonderful she is as a person and a realtor! We recommend her to everyone we know and will definitely be using her again in the future if we ever need a realtor. Again, we cannot say enough great things about Julie and our home searching/buying experience with her! She really is great at what she does, she makes you feel like you're a member of her family or a great friend. She is extremely professional and proved to us that she can and will get the job done! She is such a sweet, warm person and that shows in all that she does for her clients. She goes above and beyond a typical realtor and works really hard for her clients. She even helped us while she was on vacation!!! How great is that!??? We highly recommend her to everyone we know and will definitely be using her as a realtor again in the future.
