Born in Newark, New Jersey Martin earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation Technology from Thomas Edison University, Trenton, New Jersey. He also attended Teterboro School of Aeronautics earning his FAA Airframe and Powerplant License allowing him to work as a licensed aircraft mechanic with American Airlines, World Airways, People Express Airlines. In the mid 80's he decided to transition to technical sales and front line product support with a successful career working for Dassault Falcon Jet, Gulfstream Aerospace and Bombardier.

Martin has taken his 35 years of dedicated customer service experience meeting customer expectations while supporting operators of private business jets now as a Realtor working for one of the 3rd largest Century 21 Office Tenace in Boynton Beach. He has the support and backing of his Sales Manager Henry Kaplan, an in-house Attorney and Mortgage Company. He also has the support of more than 70 other Realtors who work on his team. His objective is delivering the highest level of satisfaction and support to his clients.

Martin enjoys working with clients helping them buy, sell or rent properties here in beautiful South Florida. Martin is recently married to his wife Rona living with his Stepson Jo Arr and loving Golden Retriever Yogi. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family going to the beach, fishing, boating, scuba diving and traveling abroad.

Martin Owens, a licensed Real Estate Agent offered to host an Open House for me on a property that I am selling on my own. At first, I was a bit reluctant since I didn¿t know what his motivation was but him explaining this is a great way to grow his business meeting buyers who are not represented by a Realtor this made sense to me. Martin took the time to meet with me two days before the scheduled Open House to tour the neighborhood and my home, asking specific questions regarding the technical aspects of the house so he was prepared to address any questions with potential buyers who attended the Open House. The day of the Open House he posted a half a dozen signs with colorful balloons at the two entrances to our development. He also purchased mini Cinnabon¿s and water for the event. Following the event, Martin left me the sign in roster for those who attended. I agreed to let him follow up with the couples who are looking to purchase a home and have no representation. He did find one couple that was represented by a Realtor that seemed very interested in our property that I will be following up with. Martin is a true professional who really cares about his clients and listens to their concerns and questions without interruption.
