Without a doubt there is no way this sale of my father's house would have happened without Ray Bedner! After your father passes away and you need to handle his affairs and then the house on top of that you need that "go to" guy for assistance. That guy was Ray Bedner! I can't thank him enough for all the hard work and "behind the scenes" assistance he handled meaning getting repair work on the home scheduled and handled before the sale, removal of quite a bit of interior stuff such as furniture and medical supplies. Ray scheduled pick-up services for all this which was so appreciated even making sure a Veterans organization was on the receiving end of the medical supplies! He also arranged pressure washing of the house and driveway...I could go on and on! I live in Knoxville TN and would have never been able to get this done! I did drive down with a buddy to collect some household stuff and personal possessions. Ray was right there when it came to moving the heavier items! Bottom line...Ray is the man!!!
