Seller reviewIt has been a great experience working with Julie. She helped me buy my first house and helped me sell it. She's a very kind hearted person who works heard for her clients and looks out for them. She makes sure this is really what want to do in selling your house. She cares about you and that's what makes her great. I love Julie to death. When I'm ready to buy a house again, I will be using her.

She said I could call her anytime (day or night)if I had a question and I had many. She always had the answers and put me at ease. She made the experience of selling my home a positive experience. I can never thank her enough. She is a wonderful person with a big heart and I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Seller reviewI would recommend Julie Rowe to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home. She is honest and will always let you know what to expect and what is fair. She went above and beyond my expectations. For instance she typed a list of improvements we had done to the home we were selling, so the buyer and/or appraiser would know all we had done. She took the time to put these improvements in a more concise and orderly way than I had presented them. She was able to sell our home quickly. Thank you Julie Rowe and Century 21 for this wonderful experience.
