She was knowledgeable in regard to the whole process, professional, very patient and resourceful. She provided me with advice when I needed it and respected my opinion when I expressed one. She was a perfect agent and in process became a friend. I definitely would recommend Lydia to my friends and family because I trusted her, felt comfortable with her and felt that she had my best interest in mind all the time.
