Seller reviewWe first met Stefanie when we purchased the home on Cecil Pl in 2020. We did an extensive interview with her to make sure she was someone we felt would look after our needs and wants. She is very open and honest. She works hard for her clients and I would recommend her BEFORE anyone else. There was no big thought as to whom we wanted to sell our home in 2023. We knew she was going to work for us and do all in her power to be able to get us what we wanted or at least as close to what we wanted from our sale. She did a fantastic job at marketing the home from the pictures to videos the the sale itself. She makes recommendations but never pushed us one way or another. She made us feel like we were important to her and not just a business transition. Stefanie is and will always be more than just a realtor to us, she has become more like family and that is what we were looking for from day one. WE LOVE STEFANIE REED ANDERSON!!!

Her honesty about things was incredibly useful and from the first meeting of her explaining the process to me was the most helpful to the process that I don't think others take the time to do. Stefanie worked with the owners of the property so that I didn't have to and that was extremely helpful to me because she knew what to ask and how to ask. I knew I had a tight budget to work with and I felt I was never going to be able to afford a house. After talking to Stefanie she made me feel less anxious and told me that owning a house is not impossible and she was going to help me get there. And she did! Since purchasing my home, I have already told all my friends and family who are interested in buying or selling to contact Stefanie Anderson for their next purchase or sale. She knows the business and will get the job done for you, all with a smile.

We mostly worked with Stefanie, but other staff have been incredibly helpful too. Stefanie is impressive! We feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with her and will only work with her in the future if we were to ever purchase another home in El Paso.

Buyer review5 stars? Stefanie's rating is off the charts! She is literally a Godsend. She listens to her clients' needs, and sincerely wants to help you find not just a house but your future home. She isn't a pushy sales person, and was extremely patient with me and what I wanted. She explained the step by step process from day 1, and was extremely generous with her time, answering all the questions I had along the way. I have a very hectic/busy work schedule, and she was very accommodating, arranging to see houses at all hours of the day or night when possible before my shift or after. She not only helps you with the searching and buying process but the transition into homeowner for those of us renting. She has positive energy, and kept me from giving up when I got tired of searching and worked well in collaborating/communicating with my loan officer, eventually the title company, and other parties involved in the buying process. I'm grateful to God for her coming my way and helping me find my dream home. The closing was bittersweet- although we were celebrating, it was sad that I wouldn't see my realtor on a regular basis, because she had become my dear friend! Thank You Stefanie for helping my dream of being a homeowner come true!
