Lyndsey was amazing. We went through a lot with the first house we wanted to buy. The inspection found an overwhelming amount of major issues with the the house. Lyndsey diligently worked her butt off to line everything up for contractors to give quotes. We ended up backing out of the house. Lyndsey stayed patient with us the entire ride. She had our best interest at heart. We were kind of a pain to deal with but she stayed professional the entire time. After the storm we finally found another house we wanted. The house had renters still living in it. Lyndsey went above and beyond for us. Making it possible to get the home we wanted. It was a lot of work but she made it happen. It truly felt like we had a family member as a realtor. This experience of buying a house was one of the most stressful times of my life. But Lyndsey was there to have our backs and made everything so much more enjoyable. Lyndsey is highly professional. Very passionate about her job and it shows. Lyndsey Jones was amazing! I came to her looking to sell and buy in this unpredictable market. I had this crazy idea of wanting to "buy" before putting my house on the market. She was able to get my house ready to sell by having it staged and pictures taken, so that when I found my new dream home we could have my current house in Xenia on the market asap.
