Buyer reviewWe had to find a realtor urgently as our original one was off work on vacation. Shauna Shane was the first to answer, she did a virtual tour for us shortly after we saw the listing. Being from PA, we needed someone responsive in a hurry and Shauna guided us through the process even after the closing. Kudos to Shauna for helping us get our coastal home!

Buyer reviewWe showed interest in a North Myrtle Beach property through Zillow and Shauna immediately called me. She sold herself with her knowledge, professionalism, and response time. Shauna lined up numerous properties in the Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach areas for us to view during our week visit to the area from Vermont. She followed our criteria and never tried to influence us based on price, but only by what we liked and her knowledge of the properties and area. She kept us busy looking for two days and we were able to narrow it down to two properties before deciding to make an offer on the one we ultimately purchased. Once the offer was in, and after the seller countered with minimal movement, Shauna educated the seller and the seller's agent on why our offer was more than fair, and it was then accepted. Without her knowledge of the situation I feel the seller may not have budged and we would have walked away. Shauna got it done. It was an excellent, stress free experience because of Shauna.
