Bruce Bond is a local agent with considerable information regarding the properties in the area and also has knowledge of numerous trustworthy vendors in the area that are able to complete the services needed in the process of closing on a property. The purchase of this property turned out to be a little more complicated than expected, however, Mr. Bond was steadfast in the pursuit of "getting the job done". Point one - "Negotiating the price and terms of the purchase"...I answered, "Not Applicable". The reason being for this is that the property in question had a reverse mortgage. The reverse mortgage owed was greater than the worth of the property, as such, one either wanted the property or not at the sales price. If the sales price was not met, the property would have gone into HUD foreclosure. We chose to meet the price. Mr. Bond was able to maintain the sales price of the property without us incurring any additional costs. Mr. Bond was professional, courteous, and patient as we worked the closing process. Mr. Bond was available to us at anytime we requested. We developed a good rapport and friendship. CENTURY 21 extended to us a variety of additional homeownership options and warranties as we worked to close on the property. Happy that the process is over.
