Buyer reviewCullen Eckert could not have done a better job as my realtor. He guided me through the entire process and made my experience as a first-time home buyer smoother than I could've imagined. Cullen was especially knowledgeable about the investment aspect of real estate. He built a customized spreadsheet to analyze the cash flow and returns on my multifamily property, and then explained to me in detail how and why all of the numbers work. I will definitely be using Cullen as my realtor in future real estate transactions.

Buyer reviewCullen was always available and explained every document to me no matter how many questions I had! He read all of the closing documents closely and found mistakes in them that saved me several thousand dollars on closing day! Cullen did an outstanding job and I would use him when buying a house again. I suggest him to anyone I know looking to purchase a house!
