Buyer reviewThis is the third deal I have worked with Jerry on. He is very knowledgeable about the area, and knows the right people to talk to in the various city/county offices. This has been very helpful in getting my questions answered about permitting and regulations. Jerry also works hard to look out for my interests and make sure I understand any risks associated with a transaction. He stays on top of the contract timeline and clearly communicates when actions need to be taken. I will continue to use Jerry as my agent for deals in Kerr County or the surrounding areas.

He quickly steered me to Tierra Linda which had quiet, beauty, some community, and a buffer away from harmful 5G radiation. I fell in love with this ranch and as soon as I found a good home there grabbed it! Jerry also spotted some towers in an area that I had also seen online - so glad he caught this and was impressed he consulted a topographical map right away!! My main reason moving to a more rural area is to get away from this modern harmful microwave radiation from the expansion of 4G and 5G. Jerry's background in electrical services helped him understand what I wanted. My holistic dentist may move here too and I am referring her to Jerry for his excellent help and support navigating the potential purchase of an out of town propety.
