Seller reviewMervyn Warner was the first of two people recommended by someone I know and trust. Mervyn was the first to respond and hit the ground running because he immediately knew what was to be done and what it would take to get the job done, what papers needed to be in place and supplied to him. He pointed what may present challenges and how they may best be handled. When Mervyn showed me how he'd market the house, I thought he was a magician. Mervin showed great patience and waited for the house to be sold at 75% more than I thought it was worth. Even other friends who live in the area were surprised when I told them what I got for the house. Did I say I thought Mervyn is a magician?
