Then we spoke on the telephone and I was impressed at her knowledge and wonderful manner. I explained the property and she knew immediately about the area and the pros & cons. She sounded experienced (she is) and very helpful as I was in a difficult situation and the property would be hard to market and determine a value. She did an OUTSTANDING job!
