We were moving across country from Las Vegas NV to somewhere on the east coast if North Carolina to help take care of parents. Not being familiar with the area we were so lucky to get connected with Jane. She was spot on with all her recommendations and cautions about the environment around each of the houses we were interested in (and there were a lot). From things like taxes, future road projects, HOA restrictions to where golf balls might land, she was a wealth of information that allowed us to narrow down our purchase Jane is the consummate agent! She had our concerns and needs at the top of the list. The local market was fast moving at the time, and we missed out on one house and were outbid on another one but none of this was Janes fault or due to any inaction on her part in any way. She went above and beyond in scheduling houses we were interested in and also advising on things like ease of access, traffic, noise etc.... (local knowledge is very important!!!!!) Century 21 is Very lucky to have her!!!!! We have already recommended her to our friends who are going to be following us from Nevada to North Carolina. Do not lose her. She is worth her weight in Gold.
