Seller reviewWe met Kat when she showed my husband a home he was considering as an investment several months prior to deciding to list our home. We had dealt with many other agents in the home buying process and Kat stood out as extremely dedicated and tenacious. She also seemed to have a much better handle on our home's value and knowledge and experience with our neighborhood. Kat was able to sell our home at a price far above what other realtors had suggested and it was clear her goal was not just a quick sale like the others who wanted us to list it below it's estimated/appraised value to sell it quickly rather than at a fair price. Kat is not just a great agent but an amazing person all around. Selling our home was very stressful for me and Kat held my hand every step of the way and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the process. She really went above above and beyond all expectations, helping in areas I would never have expected. I can't say enough good things about her. I could go on and on about her amazing expertise and admirable and personable nature. I highly recommend Kat to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home!
